Louise will consult with you to establish the professional image requirements of your company and your personnel at every level if required, to gain an understanding of your needs and aims. A tailored programme will then be designed to achieve these aims. At the heart of this training is building confidence and motivation, ensuring that each individual within the organization is working towards the same goal.

Logistics and fees
Training can be arranged on site, or for small groups, at my consultation room at Mullions Hotel and Restaurant in Street, Somerset. Training sessions vary from half a day upwards and fees for training, preparation and course aids are quoted in advance on application.
